This Privacy Policy explains how Cesta Wellness Academy (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you sign in to the official app at app.cestawellnessacademy.com.
Information we collect
When you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google to create or update your account. Staff accounts may also process WhatsApp conversation data, student records, attendance, and course information needed to run academy operations.
How we use information
We use this data to authenticate users, provide the staff workspace and student portal, deliver courses and live sessions, and improve academy services. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Account and operational data are stored with our cloud providers (including Supabase and hosting on Vercel) under access controls limited to authorized Cesta Wellness Academy staff.
